How do you know when it's time to "level up"?
What does "level up" even mean? :) Words can have different meanings for different people, but in a nutshell--the idea of leveling up is transformational. It's the idea of coming closer and closer to achieving your highest potential and aligning with your higher self.
It's not necessarily about comparing yourself to others, trying to compete...but rather your progression into the person you want to be.
So how do you know when it's time to level up? When you take a look in the mirror and decide that you want more for yourself. When you look around and nothing has changed--it's a wake up call that you need to do something different in order to get different results. If you keep doing the same things, going to same places, hanging out with the same people, same routine--you can't expect growth.
You've got to "get UNcomfortable!" (as my OTF trainer would say when we had to bump up the speed and incline on our treadmills :) )
It all starts with upgrading your mindset. When you upgrade the quality of your thoughts to those of a more successful version of you, you set the wheels in motion. When you start doing things outside of your comfort zone--meeting new people, traveling to new places, taking new classes, hiring trainers and coaches, investing in yourself, you will immediately see a transformation in yourself and your lifestyle.
