If you're having a bad day, read this :)

You know that feeling that you get when everything just goes your way? It's like all day long, things happen FOR YOU...

you catch a lucky break, someone pays for your coffee in line at the drive-through, you get a phone call out of the blue for a huge opportunity, money you were owed is given to you, you have a fabulous hair day, the right people are drawn to you...luck just seems to fall in your lap...

This is when you are in FLOW

When you are in flow, everything just seems to come effortlessly. It's like all of the seeds you planted start to grow and produce fruit. You garden comes to life.

Flow is when you "let go" of your tight grip on the "problems" in your life. It's when you break the chains you've attached to yourself...it's when you become free from the need to impress others, be the people pleaser, or the doormat...

It's when you fully recognize your self-worth, and you're at peace with the mistakes of the past--knowing that they're just "in the past"...you free up space in your life to allow all good things to flow in. You project all things you want to project into your external environment: joy, love, abundance, happiness, etc...

flow is a wonderful state to be in. It feels light, airy, peaceful and effortless.

If right about now you're thinking..."Ok, that's great Jana, but how come I am not in flow?". "Why can't I seem to get there?", let me share a little insight with you...

It begins with a mindset shift. In order to start seeing results in your life, you need to shift your mindset and remember your WHY factor....but remember, thoughts alone won't get you there---you need a specific strategy and an action plan. Just going through the motions, throwing a bunch of stuff at the wall to see what sticks won't work for long term success and it will only lead to burn-out. You also need accountability. No one does it alone. No matter how smart you are, you need someone to hold you accountable, inspire, motivate and guide you.

If you're having a bad day, remember that YOU are in control. If you feel powerless, you need to remember your personal power. No one can take it away from you unless you allow them to. You always have a choice.

Start making the mindset shifts, start creating your personal strategy and plan, find your accountability person and get going!
