How to Raise Your Vibration Amidst Negativity: Intentions and Actions for High Vibes.

I often get asked by my clients: “Jana, how can I raise my vibration when there’s so much negativity around me?” And the follow-up question usually is: “How do I maintain a higher vibration without letting others drag me down?”

These questions are often rooted in the "Positive Vibes Only" mentality that has become ubiquitous in our culture. From coffee mugs at Target to t-shirts on Amazon, this catchy phrase is everywhere! While it’s charming, is it truly beneficial?

The answer is nuanced.
