Get into the receiving mode

The morning is the best time to continue the momentum of alignment with your higher self.

Why?

Because overnight, as you slept you conscious mind went "offline", and so you dropped all resistance (doubts, fears, thoughts of unworthiness) that block you from your own receiving mode. When you awaken, you can continue this momentum by staying in alignment with positive energy, but most people wake up and jump right into their phones (social media, inbox, news) and allow the world's problems to come flooding into their home, lowering their vibration.

Then they go through their day, putting out fires and reacting to others’ behaviors and actions. Carry this habit over a few weeks, and you’ll start to wonder why you feel like you’re living someone else’s life.

The good news? You can take your power back and reclaim your time and energy! It starts with you mastering your morning ritual—the sacred time each morning that is just for you.

Take back your precious clarity by creating a morning ritual for yourself. This starts with you asking your higher self the questions you seek answers to before you go to sleep the night before. When you awaken, write down any answers or insights or instructions that come to you. Do not judge them, just write.

You may also have “a-ha” moments throughout the day or little nudges from the universe that give you instructions on your next steps.
